  1. Mix together 1 tbsp lemon juice, red chili powder, 1/2 tsp salt and garlic paste. Marinate the chicken in the paste for 1 hour.
  2. Grill chicken on charcoal or in a grill pan for 15 minutes.
  3. Make the dressing by crushing cumin seed in a mortar and pestle with Eva Cooking Oil, salt, 2 tbsp lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Arrange the lettuce, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes and potatoes on a plate.
  5. Top with chicken, drizzle with dressing, and serve immediately.
