Method :

Mix flour and whole wheat flour with salt and knead well to make a smooth dough.

Leave it to rest for an hour. Divide the dough into 8 portions. Roll a portion out flat. Spread with 1 tsp oil and slice in half down the middle.

Tightly roll up the two halves of dough into cones. Twist each cone into a ball and roll it out again into a flat circle.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the paratha on both sides.


Flour : 1/2 kg
Whole wheat flour : 1 1/2 cups
Salt : 1 1/2 tsp
Water : 3 cups
Eva Cooking Oil : 1/2 cup
