  1. Place chicken bones in a pot of water. Add the cloves, bay leaf and black peppercorns.
  2. Simmer for 45 minutes, then strain. Add potatoes and green peas and let cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes more. Now mix in the salt, lemon juice, black pepper powder, tomatoes, onions and cabbage.
  4. Cook for a minute. Pour into a serving bowl, sprinkle with a handful of chopped fresh coriander and serve.
