Pita Bread

Method :

Combine the sugar and yeast with 1 cup water and leave in a warm place to rise.

In a large bowl, mix together egg, corn flour, whole wheat flour, and the activated yeast.

Knead to a smooth dough using warm water. Roll out small portions, sprinkle with water and then with choker.

Cook in a pan on medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side. Serve with hummus.

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour : 1/2 kg
Yeast : 1 1/2 tbsp
Egg : 1
Sugar : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 1/2 tsp
Corn flour : 1 cup
Warm water : 3 cups
Choker : 1 cup
