Whole wheat Naan

Method :

Combine sugar and yeast with 1 cup of water and leave in a warm place to activate.

When the yeast has activated, mix it with the whole wheat flour, choker, egg, salt and oil, and knead for 10 minutes to a smooth dough using warm water.

Set it aside to rise. When the dough has risen, divide into 6 portions. Roll out each portion lightly, brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Either bake in the oven or cook in a pan for 15 minutes. Serve.


Whole wheat flour : 1/2 kg
Salt : 1 tsp
Yeast : 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar : 1 tsp
Warm water : 3 cups
Egg : 1
Choker : 1 cup
Sesame seed : 3 tbsp
Eva Cooking Oil : 2 tbsp
