A highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to oversee sales operations within a designated geographic territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while managing distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute primary and secondary sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Expand market presence by increasing coverage and implementing growth-focused initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee distributors, ensuring profitability and a strong return on investment.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers, ensuring smooth sales operations.
  • Engage directly with consumers, addressing inquiries, and providing product guidance.
  • Provide detailed reports on territory performance, sales trends, and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 -3 years of sales experience in the ghee & oil industry.
  • Strong sales management, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management abilities
